The 2014 Philippine Basketball Assocation (PBA) Commissioner's Cup is the second conference of the 2013-14 PBA season. The rules of the tournament allow for multiple foreign players, or "imports", with restrictions on height, to be included on team rosters (on height restrictions). This is opposed to the other two tournaments in the season, such as the traditional All-Filipino conference, which allows only Filipino players to compete, or the Governor's Cup, which allows only one "import" per team.
On April 21, 2014, the PBA Commissioner's Cup began its Quarterfinal Playoffs with the following teams, seeded 1 to 8, respectively: Talk N Text, San Miguel, Alaska, Rain or Shine, Meralco, San Mig Coffee, Air 21, Bgy. Ginebra.
Talk N Text holds twice-to-beat advantage over Ginebra; San Miguel has twice-to-beat advantage over Air 21. Alaska, Rain Or Shine, Meralco and San Mig Coffee have to beat their respective Q'finals opponents twice.

The Mixers, who won the PBA’s last two titles, leaned on their championship heart to force a deciding Game Three.
Results of April 24:The underdog Air 21 Express completed an upset of the powerhouse San Miguel Beermen with a thrilling 101-95 double overtime win on Friday.
Results of April 26: The Meralco Bolts are eliminated following a Do-Or-Die Quarterfinals loss to the Elasto Painters in OT.
The Express advanced to the Final Four after their second straight quarterfinals victory over the Beermen, the tournament’s second seed.
The San Mig Super Coffee Mixers ended the title reign of the Alaska Aces after a 79-65 victory in the deciding Game Three of their Quarterfinals match-up.
The Rain or Shine Elasto Painters and the San Mig Super Coffee Mixers completed the semifinal cast of the PLDT Home TVolution Commissioner’s Cup. The Elasto Painters and the Mixers won their respective do-or-die games to join the unbeaten top seed Talk ‘N Text Tropang Texters and the underdog Air 21 Express in the tournament’s final four.

SEMIFINALS RESULTS April 28: The Talk ‘N Text Tropang Texters remained undefeated in the Commissioner’s Cup after a 91-85 come-from-behind victory over the Rain or Shine Elasto Painters in Game One of their best-of-five semifinals series.
April 29: The Air 21 Express continued their surprising run in the PLDT Commissioner’s Cup playoffs, defeating the San Mig Super Coffee Mixers, 103-100, in Game One of their semifinals series.
April 30: The Talk ‘N Text Tropang Texters held off a hard-fighting Rain or Shine Elasto Painters squad, 94-87, to take a 2-0 lead in their semifinals series.
May 1:The San Mig Super Coffee Mixers repulsed a fourth quarter charge from the upstart Air 21 Express to hold on for an 82-75 victory in Game Two of Semifinal series. The Mixers ended the Express’ surprising unbeaten streak in the playoffs to tie the best-of-five series at 1-all.
The Semifinals will be followed by a Best-of-Five Finals.
The Commissioner's Cup is projected to finish in May 2014.
