The GMI survey covers the following brands: Head & Shoulders, Herbal Essences, L'Oreal, Tresemme, Pantene, Dove, Timotei, Alberto Balsam, Aussie, Garnier, V05, Wash & Go, Johnsons & Johnsons, Supermarket brands, John Frieda, Charles Worthington, Vosene, Andrew Barton.

In the 2012 survey, users reported the highest satisfaction with the following brands: Alberto Balsam, Aussie, Dove, Garnier, Herbal Essences, L'Oreal.
