The reality
According to Bitcoinblog.de, neither will happen in 2020. Governments will struggle to create a cryptocurrency that uses a blockchain while still leaving them in control of said currency, which is against the very principle of decentralisation. Currencies by US corporations, like Libra, will be delayed by regulations.[1] Which outcome do you think is most likely?
