The judgement rule to this question is still too vague for a prediction market. I will support the question if you improve the judgement criteria for the standard required on Prediki:
1. What does "dominate" mean, specifically, as expressed by a future fact?
2. What are some sources which will report on such fact occurring (or not)?Also, is there an explanation why this question is important to you and others? If so, you may want to put that information into the wiki.
