    Apple doesn't release individual figures for the iPad mini but the total iPad sales were 14M for Q4 2012 and 22.9M in Q1 2013 according to TechCrunch [1]. (19.5M according to IDC [2].) According to Digitimes ("upstream supply sources") Apple shipped 12.5M iPad minis in Q1 2013 alone [3]. Gartner is cited by TechRadar [4] that 60% of Q1 iPad sales can be attributed to iPad mini. So I think one can safely say that the iPad mini broke the 10M barrier in Q4 2012 and Q1 2013 combined.
