"The Bout" - Dan O'Dowd against Elon Musk: Will a self-driving Tesla run down a child?

His "Dawn Project" aired ads with a test where a Tesla 3 hit a child-sized dummy.</div>

<div class="videoEmbed">In his next move, a tweet of <a href="https://twitter.com/RealDanODowd/status/1567180726700744704?s=20&t=3ETV_qzxC7RnnPICRNRu8g" target="_blank">O'Dowd challenged Tesla founder Elon Musk</a> for a public repeat test, although the test could happen whether Musk accepts it or not. His project site published <a href="https://dawnproject.com/the-bout-to-end-all-doubt-dan-odowd-challenges-elon-musk-to-publicly-test-a-self-driving-tesla-to-determine-if-it-will-run-down-a-child/" target="_blank">the challenge in writing</a>: "Elon, this is for all the marbles. It’s time to bet your product, your technology, your reputation, your credibility, your engineering prowess against mine."</div>

<div class="videoEmbed">On social media, there is an intense debate whether the test result is fake which misuses and misrepresents the capabilities of Tesla’s technology. Now talk is cheap, that's a point for O'Dowd.</div>
