Changing the 'display currency' setting only influences the display of incentives. All incentive amounts denominated in foreign currency are shown virtually converted to your setting.

Winnings account

Note that changing the denomination currency of your winnings account is an entirely different matter which must be triggered from the winnings account page itself.
