              Today (26FEB2018), right now, ETH is trading right around $860-870, we COULD say $865 USD = 1 ETH overall for the day, but I'll give the other camp the advantage and we'll go by the 24 hour low, which would be around $835.  So the judgement rule will be simple, I'm predicting that during the next 365 days (this would run until 26FEB2019) we'll see at least 45 days of uninterrupted time where ETH is lower than half this current 24-hour low price.
